These terms and conditions govern the services offered by Thalea Beauty (makeup, wig installation and maintenance) as well as any booking made through this website, by message or by phone. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.
Thalea Beauty offers beauty services: makeup, wig installation and maintenance. These terms apply to all such services, by appointment.
Appointments are booked through the online booking tool, by e-mail or by phone. A booking is only confirmed once the date and time have been validated by Thalea Beauty.
Displayed prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made at the end of the service, except for a deposit requested in advance for certain services (bridal, events).
For bridal and event services, a deposit may be requested to confirm the booking. This deposit is deducted from the total amount and is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation.
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be notified at least 48 hours before the appointment. After this time, any deposit cannot be refunded.
In the event of lateness, the service may be shortened in order to respect the following appointments, with no reduction in price. Lateness of more than 20 minutes may lead to the cancellation of the appointment.
Equipment is cleaned and disinfected between each client. Please report any allergy, skin sensitivity or condition before the service. Thalea Beauty reserves the right to refuse a service in the event of a health risk.
Thalea Beauty does everything possible to guarantee a careful, suitable result. It cannot be held liable for a reaction linked to information not disclosed by the client or to a product provided by the client.
Photographs may be taken for portfolio and communication purposes. No image will be published without your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.
Information collected through the contact form is used solely to process your request. It is neither resold nor transferred. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.
All content on this website (text, visuals, Thalea Beauty identity) is protected. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.
